CIO: Culture at the Heart of Transformation

Three Key Findings:

• CIOs operate in a rapidly evolving environment.

• They have a strong ability to define the target and the trajectory of IT system evolution.

• They share an awareness of the necessity for change.

However, changes brought about by “traditional” methods are no longer sufficient. It is necessary to embrace disruptive changes, which require shifts in mindset and a transformation of the CIO’s organizational culture.

Alongside Olivier Lacroze (Total) and Jean-Brand Pieri (Veolia), who lead and drive this cultural transformation within their IT departments daily, I share my experience within Colissimo’s IT department.
